Receptionist
Full Time - Summer 6 months

Job Responsibilities: You will join our fantastic team and under the guidance of our manager you will be the face of our campsite, welcoming our guests and making them feel comfortable. Your days will be filled with engaging activities such as:
  • Handling reservations, answering requests for quotes and phone calls (yes, you will be the first voice they hear!).
  • Check in and check out, including handling the cash.
  • Help our guests explore the area and find their way around (you'll be the first person they call for tips on the local area!).
  • Resolve any problems or guest complaints with a smile, making sure everyone has a great vacation.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for energetic and positive people who have:
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (knowing German, Dutch or French will also be a big plus!).
  • Team spirit and willingness to collaborate.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change (because every day can be different and full of surprises!).
  • Attention and care for yourself and the work environment (we are all a bit eco-friendly here!).

Job Responsibilities: You will be part of our team, welcoming our guests and providing support. In addition, you will be involved in reservation and booking duties during the period when we are closed to the public. Specifically, you will take care of:
  • Managing reservations through our web tools, such as CRM and BOL (Booking Online).
  • Answering quote requests via email and phone calls.
  • Check in/check out, while also handling the cash.
  • Help guests find their way around and handle any complaints.
  • While the campground is closed, you will manage reservations, availability and online quotes, making sure everything is ready for the next season.

What we are looking for:
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (German, Dutch or French are a plus!).
  • Ability to work in a team and be flexible.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and BOL (Booking Online) platforms to manage reservations and quotes.
  • Attention and care for yourself and the work environment .
