Full-Time - Summer (6 months)
Location: Bibbona, Livorno
What you’ll do in this role: Join our amazing team and, led by our manager, help make our campsite a welcoming place by greeting our guests and getting them settled in. Your days will be filled with engaging activities such as:
- Manage reservations, answer requests for quotes and phone calls (yes, you’ll be the first voice they hear!).
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, including cash register operations.
- Help our guests explore the area and find their way around (you’ll be their go-to person for local tips!).
- Resolve any guest issues or complaints with a smile, making sure everyone has a fantastic holiday.
Who we're looking for: We're seeking energetic and positive individuals who have:
- Excellent command of Italian and English (knowledge of German, Dutch, or French would be a huge plus!).
- Team spirit and a willingness to collaborate.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change (because every day can be different and full of surprises!).
- Attention to and care for yourself and the work environment (we’re all a bit eco-friendly here!).
