Courses and relaxation
Every day our staff organizes fitness classes, perfect for everyone. Go wild with activities like our Fit your Fun program, featuring dance, aerobics and workouts all rolled into one. If you prefer something a little quieter and more relaxing, you can try yoga and other disciplines.
If water is your element, try water aerobics classes in the pool! After the session, relax and enjoy the benefits of physical activity in the shaded areas of the garden near the pool park ... amplified by a nice massage, if desired, in the relaxation oasis.

Sports and tournaments
If you are looking for a challenge, our multi-purpose sports court, fully lit, will allow you to play basketball, soccer or tennis at all hours, so that your thirst for sport is always satisfied. You can also challenge yourself at table tennis or on our golf course.
